This is from the Sad Kermit series. Basically, this guy has taken a Kermit doll and made him a super depressed, suicidal, drug addict. He's so messed up because his main man Jim Henson died a while back - the father of the muppets. Sad and hilarious at the same time!
This one is Elliot Smith's song "Needle in the Hay," the same song that Luke Wilson slit his wrists to in "The Royal Tenenbaums." Elliot Smith is in my top 3 favorite artists, but don't worry, I'm not slitting my wrists...
